21st annual Turkey Bowl was another success. At least 26 of us at the peak of the game.

It was an honor to Caddy for the great John Daly and take home the BP tourney champs together.

Had the absolute best weekend of my life marrying my best friend. I can now call the person that makes me better in every way my wife! Felt every ounce of love and energy that everyone brought and I couldn’t be more thankful.

If you’ve ever had the pleasure of being around Ailish, then you know whatever room she walks into immediately becomes more fun and brighter. And if you’ve ever gone to her for advice, then you know you came out of that conversation a better person. So throw this 30 year old beaut of a woman some love today!

Third year in a row hitting this workout with @jszmurlo I wrote up and got published that is in honor of the 13 service members that were tragically killed during the US withdrawal of Afghanistan at #Kabul. I followed that debacle very closely when it was going down and it still breaks my heart that these young kids were sacrificed. The average age of these 13 men and women was only 22 years old.

“Excessive Heat Warning” means dig into the vault and find a dog fight of a cardio workout and grind away out there. Gotta flex on Mother Nature and let her knows who’s in charge.
